## 📦 Shipping Information

### Delivery Area
We ship **Australia-wide**, including all states and territories.

### Shipping Times
Orders are processed within **24–48 business hours**.  
Estimated delivery time: **3–5 business days** (depending on your location).

Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays or courier issues.

### Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. You can also track your parcel via the [Track My Order](/pages/track-order) page.

## 🚚 Free Shipping Across Australia

We offer **free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.**  
There is **no minimum purchase required**.

## ❌ Failed Delivery / Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- If the parcel is returned without prior approval or without providing a valid reason
- Refusal to accept the delivery

We will deduct a handling fee from your refund:
- **$40 AUD** for LED masks
- **$15 AUD** for other items

This is because the package does not return to our designated return center.

## 🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within **30 days of delivery**, under the following conditions:

### ✅ You can return an item if:
- It is **unused, unopened**, and in original packaging
- It is returned within **30 days** of delivery
- You provide a valid **order number**

### ❌ Returns are not accepted if:
- The LED mask **box is opened or unsealed**
- The item shows signs of use or damage
- The return is requested after 30 days

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, **we cannot accept returns of opened LED masks**.

### How to Request a Return

## 🛡 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected:
- Contact us within **7 days** of delivery
- Include photos or video of the issue
- We will send a free replacement or issue a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
